Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the conditions under which visitors and registered users (“Users”) may access and use the website checkpoint-immobilien.com/properties (the “Site”), its materials, listings, and related services. The Site is owned and operated by Checkpoint-Immobilien LLC, a company registered in Cairo, Egypt.

1. General Terms

1.1. Use of the Site and its services is subject to the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and, where relevant, international legal standards.

1.2. By accessing or using any part of the Site, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1.3. Checkpoint-Immobilien LLC reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1. Users agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the functionality of the Site, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable laws.

2.2. All property listings, descriptions, and media are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without prior written consent from Checkpoint-Immobilien LLC or the respective rights holder is prohibited.

2.3. When referencing or sharing content from the Site, a clear and visible link back to checkpoint-immobilien.com is required.

2.4. User comments, inquiries, or submitted content must respect public decency, morality, and applicable law. Offensive, unlawful, or defamatory submissions will be removed, and access to the Site may be restricted.

2.5. The Site may include links to external resources. Checkpoint-Immobilien LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external websites, nor for any damages or losses arising from their use.

3. Other Terms

3.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture between the User and Checkpoint-Immobilien LLC.

3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

3.4. The failure of Checkpoint-Immobilien LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce such provision later.
